Monthly Challenge Form

Monthly OLYMPIC CHALLENGE will be offered to help you stay on track. If you complete the challenge by the monthly deadline you will receive a small reward for participating.

Completing ALL of the challenges will put you on track for a BRONZE Medal and with a little extra effort you can earn SILVER or GOLD!

Pick up your Olympic Challenge forms and return them to the Reading Olympics box.
